All athletes get older,  it’s a simple fact of life and one that we all will experience, but that Screen Shot 2016-04-29 at 4.35.10 PMdoesn’t mean we have to sit on the sideline and let our handwork vanish.

Savage 40, is a progressive program that takes into consideration the three top variables of age-related strength and conditioning; Restoration, Efficiency, and adaptation.

Most people that have put a decade’s worth of work in the gym understand the need to Get in and Get out, work hard and keep it challenging!

And that is what Savage 40 intends to do over the next 48 weeks!
