Mass Packer Review!

My name is Austin Dossey.

I am a personal trainer, online prep coach, and nutrition coach. Learning about perfecting human physique’s and teaching is my passion. In this field, there are many flash-in-the-pan coaches, and lot’s of beautiful theories but ugly facts. It is rare to find someone who knows what they are talking about. Derek Woodske is one of those few; he knows what he is doing, has the clientele results to back it up and is humble at the same time. After having a new child my training took quite a hit, I was tired of writing my own programming and bought many different programs to A) Help me, and B) Learn to apply to my clients. Most of the programs I subscribed to were very dogmatic and super “go hard or go home” mentality. I am not afraid of hard work that if the hard work isn’t yielding results, something is missing.

After listening to as many podcasts for Derek and watching his videos, I decided to reach out for a program. He was very quick to respond and answer all my question thoroughly. Most coaches aren’t quite this personable. He agreed to take me on as his client and wrote me a personalized program based off the Mass Packer Program. On paper, it looked similar to workout’s I’d done as a strength coach, but boy was the genius in simplicity. Derek’s consideration of each exercise and how it flow into the next phase of training is sheer genius. Each week I was significantly stronger and by the end of phase 1 (4 weeks), I checked my results.

11.6% body fat and lean mass 171.4lbs

My message to Derek was:

“I kid you not, I am eating large bowls of cereal every night with two scoops protein in them and most days I eat 3-4 XXL Grilled Stuffed Burritos from Taco Bell (no cheese) “

The proof is in the pudding. Straightforward and effective. For the price of the Mass Packer program, you’d be an idiot not to buy it! I paid full price for Derek’s and would do it again. The mass packer is 10% the price of a personalized program. Jump on this now, you won’t regret it.
