MetconStrong, is a three (3) day a week system that is based on Olympic lifting, Primary Movements and Metabolic Work. The goal is to have a fast pace continuously evolving workout that doesn’t have a specific start or finish date, but maintains proper progressions.
Coach Woodske created MetconStrong with the knowledge and experience of over 20 years in the industry working with Professional and Olympic Athletes. Integrating time constraints, varying levels of ability and the need for optimum performance.
